Super Sleuth: A Quick Save?
Today I looked on the top of my tank and noticed the white bacteria/fungus! Oh no, not another tank! After noticing that one Sea Monkey was dead, I knew I had to do something. I did a complete water change. I used 3/4 tbsp. Sea Salt and 1.5 scoops Plasma III. Because I cleaned the tank, it also got rid of the natural algae growth, so I fed them, and hopefully new algae growth will appear over the next few days. It seems that they are doing okay as it has been about 8 hours since the change and they are swimming around fine. :D
I did notice a sign, which you should all consider. My live algae had turned brown. This could be a sign that the algae died due to fungus. I'm not so sure on this theory yet, but in the future I will look further into it.
I'll keep you guys posted! [ I hope they live through the night! :( ]
