Robo-Monkey: I think the next tank you should get is "The Sea Monkeys On Mars". It's probably the coolest one, and I've tried all the others except the 'Mini World' ones. The "Mars" one is great for many reasons:

1) It's of course nearly tip-proof.

2) The scenery inside is fantastic! It even has a little see-thru UFO with a sea monkey in a space suit floating nearby! Plus it has 2 arches that are like hoops near the bottom that the critters swim thru which makes it look like they are exploring the caves on mars! Also, with this tank, you can turn it around and get a totally different scenery view with every new angle.

3) The removable top is way easier to deal with than the bigger ones on the normal tanks. This one is pretty small, about the size of a quarter. And it fits around the outside of the top of the tank. The 'normal' tank tops fit inside of the tank glass, so they are usually sunk part way into the water. That means every time you open those other tops to feed your monkeys or blow bubbles, your tank top drips water onto your desk and around the tank when you set it down.

4) Maybe best of all about the "Mars" tank is the glass it's made out of (really it's see-thru plastic). It's shaped like a rounded coke can, so it makes the whole tank into a kind of maginfying glass. When you look into it, the 'monkeys' on the other side look about twice as big as they really are!

Well, Robo-Monkey, I hope this helps you & I'm anxious to hear how your new tank turns out, no matter which one you get.

Victor

Nice info Victor, but does it have oxygen-vents ?? Like the ocean zoo cap, they have oxygen vents for oxygen to automatically go inside the tank..

I have the Sea-Monkey's on Mars tank and the Ghostly Galleon.  I prefer the Mars tank.  It is more colorful than the Ghostly Galleon and has cool scenery in it.

I like the Ghostly Galleon though.  The water is slightly cloudy  and there is algae on the ship.  It looks like something out of Scooby Doo.  Oh my, I am showing my age.
