I just joined up yesterday and decided to give an introduction.
I started my first tank about a month ago. I was inspired by a co-worker who had a tank in her office. I found the Ghostly Galleon at my local hobby store. I was very happy because that was one of the tanks I wanted. I haven't had much luck with the numbers of Sea Monkeys hatched. I got some advice to stir the tank again, so that's what I did. I think I'm going to stop using the Plasma III since it seems my Sea Monkeys die right after I add it.
I ordered the Sea Monkeys on Mars tank this week, and it is due to arrive today. Yippee! In celebration, I have purchased a whole gallon of distilled water. I think I'm going to stop at home over lunch just in case it arrives this morning.
After I told my friend about my new purchase, she ordered the Hang 10 tank. I agreed that the Hang 10 is also very cool. Her first tank was the MagiQuarium. I was surprised that she didn't get the Executive Set. It's quite professional looking.
Our goal is to get the whole department hooked on Sea Monkeys. I think we have just about convinced another co-worker to get some.
Um... I suppose I should get to work now.
